In many cases, it’s because the people, teams, and organizations leading these transformations are already working beyond their limits. Within purpose-driven organizations, boards and funders often overlook the fact that people are not separate from the transformations they’re working towards.

Transformation Workshops

Our workshops are designed for teams and groups collaborating on transformations within their organization or sector. They provide first-hand experience applying tools and mindsets associated with complexity and transformation and they’re tailored to serve the strategic goals of each group.

 

Three Horizons.

Three Horizons is a practical framework for thinking about the future and your group’s readiness for change. In this workshop, you’ll explore the concept of strategy unfolding across three ever-present but distinct horizons of change. You’ll reflect on and discuss what’s emerging from the future that holds promise, what business as usual practices are no longer fit for purpose, and what’s needed to navigate the transition between where you are today and the future you want to see into being. Our three horizons workshops are fun, fast-paced, and provide a strategic snapshot of the transformation landscape for your group.

Strategic Foresight.

This workshop gives your group the opportunity to challenge assumptions and explore diverse possibilities. You’ll explore trends and drivers of change to create unique alternative future scenarios specific to your sector or system. The scenarios become a backbone for reflecting deeply about the challenges, opportunities, and transformations your team will need to respond to as the future unfolds. From there, you’ll develop a set of strategic implications—key considerations that can be used as an input to strategic planning or a framework for keeping your existing plans attuned to the emerging future. Our strategic foresight workshops are provocative, engaging, and challenge participants to move beyond the comfort of the known.

Warm Data Labs.

The Warm Data Lab process is an inviting and seemingly simple way to bring a group of people into dialogue around complex issues. Anyone, of any age or profession can participate in a Warm Data Lab. From school children to executives, families and companies the Warm Data lab is an open forum of learning, discussing, and discovery. It is not based on prior knowledge, or skill, but will increase both in an atmosphere of mutual learning.

Design Sprints.

In a multi-day burst of concentrated effort, we’ll work with your team to tackle a defined problem or explore a solution space. It’s called a sprint for a reason—it’s fast-paced, intensive, and focused. Participants will walk away with a new set of skills and tangible learnings that advance their understanding of a problem or hone in on facets of a solution that hold the most promise. Our sprints accelerate progress on your most pressing problems!

Bespoke Retreats & Experiences.

Maybe you have a hunch that change is needed but aren’t too sure where to start. We’ll work with you from the beginning to create and facilitate a catalyzing experience-oriented to the outcomes you have in mind. We love the magic of an intentionally-crafted, and well-facilitated group experience. We’ve seen how these experiences can influence people’s hearts and minds—building the foundation for major change initiatives.
